Statisk, or timed breth holding. It's all about breth hold for as long period of time as possible.

Constant weight (CWT)
Constant weight or deep diving is about dive as deep as possible and back up. Due to safety the diver dives along a rope.

Constant weight without fins (CNF)
Constant weight without fins is just like constant weight except that the diver is not allowed to wear fins.

Free Immersion (FIM)
in Free immersion the diver is allowed to pull him/her self up and down the rope. And it's done without fins

Variable weight (VWT)
In variable weight the diver get pulled down by a sled, and then has to use his/her own power to swim back up.
